Private Gardens in Jersey–Day 5

Thursday, May 20th. Old Bell Hotel, Abbey Garden, & Hidcote–Day 4

After a good British breakfast, we had to say goodbye to the Old Bell Hotel, Malmesbury. Stone House & Bourton House–Day 3

This was the first official day of the tour, and the early wake up call for breakfast was rough! We toured Stone House today. It was marvelously laid out, beautiful, superb, etc.  It was of course somewhat influenced by Hidcote and thus, has had many rooms and enclosures that made the spaces feel very private. [...]
